Octopus photo canvas print
Common octopus photo with his arms spread.
Photo description
The size of the common octopus in this photo suggest this is a adult species, as he was noticeably bigger than the usual octopus a diver can spot in Maltese waters. Note the blueish like color – this is a sign that he is not happy posing for a photo.
The photo was taken during one of the night dives in the Zurrieq – home of the Um El Faroud wreck. This place generally has an abundance of marine life during night time. As a result – you’ll never do a night dive alone there, so be prepared to see light flashes underwater.
