Where do you ship?

Good news is that we offer worldwide shipping! Bad news? Nah, there are no bad news – we do ship all over the world.

For shipping postcards, we ship with the help of the MaltaPost, which is the national shipping company of Malta. They aim to deliver to Europe in less than 7 days, and strive to deliver in around 7-10 days worldwide. Please note that there will likely occur exceptions to these delivery times every now and then.

Is there any additional processing time?

In case of Canvas prints or t-shirts please allow an additional 2-3 days for production.

In case of postcards we at Belowsealevel would need an additional 1-2 days to pack your order and deliver it to postbox. Rest assured that we will try our best to decrease the waiting time for you as much as possible!

What are the shipping costs?

It is hard to name a price for shipping your shiny new canvas print or a t-shirt since this will depend on your location and the location of the production center. By using multiple production centers all over the world (20+). This generally means that the shipping price will be very competitive. You will be able to calculate shipping price before checkout, on the cart page. Just enter your address to see available shipping options. For most countries we offer Economy and Premium shipping options. The latter will reduce delivery time to a couple of days but will increase the shipping fee.

What if I haven’t received my order?

Please allow up to 30 days to receive your order, especially for remote areas. If you product will not arrive by that time, we will offer you either a full refund or we can resend the item once again. This is entirely up to you. See our Refund policy and Contact Us for more details.
