Policy overview
Here, at belowsealevel.mt we aim to provide you with the best possible downloadable content. Yet we totally understand that upon receiving your digital download file, you might be unhappy with it for whatever reason is there. Hence we came up with the refund policy.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, sorry!
If you feel that your download or a physical purchase is not of a quality you expected, please do contact us on hello (at) belowsealevel.mt and we will be happy to assist you. We might offer you a replacement product, or, at your discretion – a full refund.
Refunds
Once both parties agree that refund is the only acceptable option, full refund will be issues back to the original payment method. Normally this process take 2-3 business days, depending on your bank. The refund will be processed by our payment processor Stripe
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first make sure that 3 days has passed since you received an email from us saying that your refund has been processed.
Next step is to contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
