Our website address is https://belowsealevel.mt and this is personal collection of underwater photography that is listed up for sale. Please refer to our About Us page for more information. This section will cover the privacy policy only.

If you make a purchase on our website, we will store details such as your name and email address. These are for your convenience so that you can access your account at any later date.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We never share any of your data with anyone. We don’t even collect the data that we don’t need. All you payment information is securely sent to our payment processor (Stripe) and we do not hold it.

How long we retain your data

Your account information is being kept by us until you ask us to remove it. This is being done to allow users login section for easier purchases and downloading of the media you own.

Where we send your data

Privacy matters for us, so we never send any of your the data to anyone. When making a purchase, the required information (i.e credit card details) is securely sent to our payment gateway and is not being kept on our servers.
